We were tasked with a branding strategy and refresh for an established Bergen County real estate powerhouse, Vera Nechama Realty. With an expanding real estate sales force yet growing competition in their core markets, we had to ensure the brand stayed true to their core seller audience while appearing nimble, fresh and exciting for the young buyers market.

We started by analyzing their brand reputation and image within the current marketplace using targeted surveys with recent buyers & sellers. We then proceeded to “free” the brand from the box, letting the vivid color scheme and strong lettering stand out on all platforms – website, signage and realtor collateral. The result was stronger brand awareness that resonated with younger home buyers looking for younger realtors.
