We were contacted to develop a responsive website, fresh online experience and customer lead generator for Grand Getaways, a Passover tour operator. Their company had an upscale brand image to maintain amongst growing competition and needed to consistently position their brand as fresh, modern and upscale to their core audiences.

We created customer-centric wireframes that focused on taking customers on a journey of discovery through a beautifully designed website on all devices. We focused the page flow on answering customer questions before they were asked. This strategy resulted in faster sell-out time than previous years (thus, reducing advertising expenses) and expanded their customer data acquisition for future use
